- Stir Fried Broccoli and Cauliflower with Chicken Luncheon Meat (Dinner)
- In case of hunger emergency: Cucumber and Nuts (Snacks)
- Stir Fried veggies were prepared with 1 tbsp of Canola oil, 1/4 cup of water, salt and pepper
- Turkey and Chicken spam are ready to serve without cooking
