SBD - Week 1 (For Real!)

As I said, I will atone for my sins by doing this again... Real Week 1 begins!

I'm no longer scared of these:  letting go of rice, hunger and getting weak. I survived and I'll continue to survive.

Menu this week
  • Lunch and Dinner: steamed cabbage, cauliflower and sitsaro with Spam Lite (Turkey and Chicken)
  • Snack - Cucumber or Peanut
  • Lots and lots of water
