I've been "walking" since December 2011. I started at 10 minutes then progressed to 20mins then 30mins...  It's getting a little boring though... so I pushed myself to do what's not supposed to be done by someone with calcalneal spur on both feet --- I started jogging last Saturday (thanks again to the Hubby for "running" with me).

I'm in love.

So I finally invested time researching for audio guides over the weekend --- Mike and Noreen introduced me to the concept of "short circuit" way back but I did not have the patience, nor the equipment, to check walking-jogging-walking time so I just walked --- AND I FOUND THEM!

I also found the "Couch to 5K Program" and I'm more excited than ever to rrrrruuuunnnnnnnnn!!!

I'll start with Week3 of the program. Chicken na chicken na ang Week1 and Week2. Naks!!!

Oh yes!
