We don't know when...

SMDC, supposedly the good guys, messed up their Jazz Residences project management plans. We don't know, at this point, when the turnover will be... some say Q1, some say Q2... we say WTF because regardless of the duration of delay, bank financing starts in January. It's going to be our non-performing asset, performing for SMDC and BDO, from January until whenever...
