Pissed Off Monday

In life, only five things piss me off --- to the degree that makes me want to throw people out the window:

1) Not delivering commitment aka broken promises (quality, timelinesss, courtesy considered)

2) Not implementing plans agreed upon (without a clean consultation/heads up)

3) Lies

4) Having to repeat myself - for explanations, demands, complaints, etc.

5) Zero attempt/disinterest at empathy
