Now, that's really something. A company that values its people integrates personal development mechanisms into its performance management system.... I can't help but compare with the ex-employer. We were not allowed to put in any goal that will not have an impact to performance. NOT ALLOWED.
Indeed, my employer rocks!
Oh, and I now have more reasons to blog. For my personal KPO, I submitted this blog and said that I will post at least one entry per day.
