I'm two sessions away from Week3 graduation. Well, if I were to follow the program, I'm actually done because it only requires three sessions. I, however, have desperate needs. So I'm aiming for daily sessions (7 days). Who's the most diligent student now? Haha!
I'm proud to share that jogging no longer induces NDE (Near Death Experience) in me... I'm also proud to share that the fat-so blues and the rain did not prevent me from walking/jogging these past couple of days.
I just need to figure out what I'm doing wrong... the inner sides of my legs burn and ache really fast during the sessions. My fitness counselors think that I may be "stepping" the wrong way.
Google will give me answers, I hope.

Finally!
I've been "walking" since December 2011. I started at 10 minutes then progressed to 20mins then 30mins... It's getting a little boring though... so I pushed myself to do what's not supposed to be done by someone with calcalneal spur on both feet --- I started jogging last Saturday (thanks again to the Hubby for "running" with me).
I'm in love.
So I finally invested time researching for audio guides over the weekend --- Mike and Noreen introduced me to the concept of "short circuit" way back but I did not have the patience, nor the equipment, to check walking-jogging-walking time so I just walked --- AND I FOUND THEM!
I also found the "Couch to 5K Program" and I'm more excited than ever to rrrrruuuunnnnnnnnn!!!
I'll start with Week3 of the program. Chicken na chicken na ang Week1 and Week2. Naks!!!
